Inner Light Therapies is located in Oakland California. Currently offering either in person or video therapy sessions for anyone living in California.

Taking the necessary steps towards mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being does not have to be a lonely journey. It would be an honor to assist you in finding the unique tools you need to move towards long term healing.

I respect the unique and intricate experiences each client brings into the therapeutic relationship. A crucial part of my practice is striving to meet each client where they’re at in their journey. My focus is on the mind-body-spirit connection as I work collaboratively with each client. My approach is non-judgmental, supportive, curious, and transparent.
